23rd July 2019 - The English Breakfast Tea program was started as a tea session between volunteers and VTOC students to develop conversational English. We began with our first volunteer, Sui Yeen who is assisting a VTOC sewing graduate to expand her vocabulary in sewing and fashion. (Thank you Sui Yeen, and also stylist Cho Wee Chee for donating his precious fashion magazine collection to our Cafe Library!)
