Italian Cooking Demonstration & Lunch Fundraiser by Zenzero Group

We are eternally grateful to the Zenzero Group for providing a cooking demonstration and lunch for a fundraising event for our VTOC. It was an enlightening afternoon with cheerful company and great food by Chef Christian and Roberto Guiati which included a short tour of our urban farm, cooking demonstration of various pizzas and pastas which involved our VTOC Culinary students, and a sumptuous lunch in an Italian-inspired setting at the YWCA Hall.
