Peszta Bazaar @ Stadium Merdeka

VTOC participants of the 'V Is For Venture' entrepreneurship program were given an opportunity to showcase their creations at the Peszta Bazaar held at Stadium Merdeka over the Merdeka 2024 weekend. The Beauty Care students conceptualized a range of botanical soaps while the Culinary & Bakery team prepared buns and chocolate pudding for sale. The Beauty Care team 'Soapeholics' meticulously created soaps from natural products, photographed them and developed their own packaging and collaterals for display at the bazaar.

The Culinary & Bakery team prototyped various food items through workshop sessions, learned about costing and finally selected Mexican buns and chocolate pudding as their showcase products for the bazaar.

Through this program, students learned about various aspects about running a business - from branding, product development, costing and sales - empowering them for the future if they wish to become an entrepreneur.
