April 12 saw an exciting study tour to Mingle Cafe for our VTOC Culinary & Bakery Students. We were blessed to have Chef Tariq give some insight and advice for those starting out in the F&B industry - in return we brought a gift of vegetables harvested from our Urban Farm! Thanks to the Mingle Team for having us over and contributing to the education of our VTOC.
