It's Showtime! The VTOC Secret Fashion Show on 17th November 2018 was a proud showcase by the VTOC students in conjunction with it's 20th anniversary. Collections were designed and sewn by the Sewing & Tailoring Class, hair and makeup by the Hairdressing & Beautycare Students, and high tea was prepared by the Culinary & Bakery Class. We would like to thank all the friends who attended and who have been part of our journey. Congratulations VTOC Class of 2018 and we wish you all the best in making your mark on the world beyond!
