A big Thank You to Eats Shoots & Roots and chef Darren Teoh of Dewakan Restaurant for spending the morning with our Culinary & Bakery students at VTOC, as they literally reaped the fruits of their labour! This penultimate workshop of the Eats Shoots & Roots series saw a range of vegetarian dishes prepared using ingredients harvested from the Edible Garden built by the students over the last few weeks.
