Our first Youth Wing Volunteer Session saw a group of friends gathering to match fabrics for the Bagmaker Social Enterprise during the Christmas season. Thanks guys for your energy, enthusiasm and creativity! Discarded wallpaper samples were used as wrapping paper in line with our mantra of upcycling materials towards reducing our impact on the environment - truly a Green Christmas!

The end of 2018 brought reflections, hope and much to be grateful for. We thank YB Hannah Yeoh for officiating our VTOC Graduation Ceremony with her words of encouragement to our cohort of 2018 to have passion in their work in order to raise our nation, a spirit we are proud our hairdressing graduates have shown who brought cheer by volunteering to cut hair for the homeless and urban poor at Sacred Heart Church, Jalan Peel during the Christmas season.

It's Showtime! The VTOC Secret Fashion Show on 17th November 2018 was a proud showcase by the VTOC students in conjunction with it's 20th anniversary. What an amazing experience we had with The Vochale Project in our acappella music workshop here in VTOC. We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to them for their time in sharing their talents with us. The halls were filled with music that day as the students were taught to perform a rendition of 'This Is Me' from the movie 'The Greatest Showman'.

On the 18th June 2018, we had the privilege of creating a floral pop up market for the Melium Group at Dome Cafe, BSC as part of our Social Enterprise initiatives - an educational and financial empowerment project whereby our VTOC students are given an opportunity to learn a skill and earn money for part-time work at the same time.
